Gourmet tips: Add: 125g melted butter, 3 eggs, 6 tablespoons milk. Preparation: preheat oven to 180°c (356°F). Pour the mix into a large bowl through a sieve to remove the chocolate drops. In the large bowl, add the eggs, the melted butter and the milk and stir until the batter is smooth. Pour half of the batter into a second bowl. Melt the chocolate drops with a little bit of water. Pour the melted chocolate into one of the bowls and stir. Butter a loaf pan. Pour the two batters alternately. Make a line with a knife lengthwise in the centre. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180°c (356°F).
Ingredients: wheat flour from France (gluten), unrefined cane sugar, 11.9 % dark chocolate drops with 50 % minimum cocoa (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), baking powders: sodium bicarbonate and diphosphate.
