Gourmet tips: Add: 4 eggs, 120g butter.Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the vanilla pod. Pour the mix into a large bowl. Cut the vanilla pod in two lengthwise and scrape the seeds free from both sides with the edge of a knife. Add the vanilla seeds to the large bowl. Add the egg yolks, the melted butter and stir. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and add them to the mixture and stir delicately. Pour the batter in a buttered mould. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), unrefined cane sugar, 2.6% lemon peels, vanilla, sodium bicarbonate, diphosphate dissodium, acidifier: citric acid, 0.1% lemon natural flavour.
