Gourmet tips: Remove the salt bag and leave the mix to macerate for 48 hours in 70 cl of tequila. Shake and filter. Wet the outside rim of the glasses with a fresh lemon or lime wedge. Dab the rim into the salt while slowly turning the glass so that only the outer edge is covered. Fill the glasses with the cocktail and enjoy plain with 1/4 lime.
