The Gunpowder, also known as "Zucha" or "pearl tea", is dried slowly in rotating drums. Due to the permanent rotation, the tea is given its ball-like form.
The "Temple of Heaven" is a very tightly rolled ball through which one can see the high-grade quality. It has delicate aroma and can be drunk during the whole day. Should you nevertheless find this tea too bitter, you may pour away the first brew also this time and, by doing this, you will also have removed the major part of the caffeine.
Packaging: 100gr of tea in an aluminum foil resealable bag which guarantees freshness for at least 12 months after first opening.
Preparing guide: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 200ml of water. Steep in hot water (75 - 80°C) for 1 - 3 minutes. Remember that the longer you steep your tea the stronger it will become.
