Returns Policy


Wrong item sent: please email us with your claim at members@mathos-exclusive.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will send you all necessary details about the return of the item at our cost and we will reship the correct one again at our cost. Please note that the returned item must be in the same condition as it was received. 

Damaged item: please make a note on the courier's receipt about the condition of the packaging so that we can claim the cost from the courier company. Please email us with your claim at members@mathos-exclusive.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will send you all necessary details about the return of the item at our cost and we will reship the correct one again at our cost.

Not happy or re-considered:  please email us with your claim at members@mathos-exclusive.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will send you all necessary details about the return of the item. All return fees will be covered by the customer. Please inform us if you want to replace the returned item with something else, or if you want a refund of the remaining amount after courier fees have been deducted. Please note that the returned item must be in excellent condition in order to be accepted. We cannot accept returns for this reason for sensitive items such as chocolate, honey, cigars that have been opened.

We inform you that we consider all orders as successfully completed and closed after the period of 7 days from the delivery date.
