We accept the following methods of payment for online orders:
1. Credit cards: All credit card payments are made with 100% security through the internationally acclaimed PayPal payment system. Apart from the most popular Credit ancd Debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Visa Electron, we also support most local card editions for most countries. After confirming your order you will be automatically directed to PayPal's servers in order to input you credit card details. Mathos-Exclusive will never store or have any access to your credit card details. 2. COD: Cash On Delivery payment is available only for deliveries taking place inside the Greek territory. COD payment will not be available for orders which contain items that have a price per piece over 300€. COD payment option carries a surcharge of 3,50 € including VAT due to the extra charge that we have from the courier company. 3. Bank transfer: You can make a deposit to our bank account mentioning the order number that will be sent to you automatically after your order confirmation. Please note that we must receive the exact value of the order so please consider any bank costs related to the deposit. PRICES / TAXES
All prices mentioned in Mathos-Exclusive.com are inclusive of the corresponding VAT and TAXES required by the Greek government. The VAT can only be emitted in cases of issuing invoices to companies based in the EU that have a registered VAT number. Please, email us in such cases in order to be informed about the necessary procedure.
Due to taxation differences concerning different products from country to country, Mathos-Exclusive cannot be held responsible in the case that your order becomes subject to local custom charges. We recommend that you contact your local authorities for more details. Please be specific about the product of interest since, for example, different rules apply to cigars or tea or accessories.
EU residents, you can email us with your inquiry and we will do our best to inform you about any limitations that might exist in your country about the products of interest.
Any additional customs charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. Should you wish to refuse the shipment, as soon as it returns to us, we will subtract from your refund any fees and additional shipping charges that have incurred and contact you in order to receive directions on our next step. You can choose to have your order re-shipped, or keep the remaining balance in your account for future purchases or have a refund to your credit card. Please, note that due to the sensitivity of some products like chocolates, we might decline a full refund since the product will not be re-sellable after traveling back and forth.
In order to have an estimate of the total delivery time of your ordered goods, please consider the following information.
Processing Time: the exact processing time for each item that is sold in Mathos-Exclusive is mentioned in each product's page. This is the time we need to prepare your order in order to be shipped and varies from 1 to 7 working days.
Shipping Time: this the time that the courier company will need to deliver your order to you after it has been collected from our warehouse. Varies between 1 to 6 working days. For Greek destination as well as many other countries it is next day delivery.
Apart from the above, every time you place an order, you will receive an email mentioning the exact total delivery time of your order.
Wrong item sent: please email us with your claim at email@example.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will send you all necessary details about the return of the item at our cost and we will reship the correct one again at our cost. Please note that the returned item must be in the same condition as it was received.
Damaged item: please make a note on the courier's receipt about the condition of the packaging so that we can claim the cost from the courier company. Please email us with your claim at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will send you all necessary details about the return of the item at our cost and we will reship the correct one again at our cost.
Not happy or re-considered: please email us with your claim at email@example.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will send you all necessary details about the return of the item. All return fees will be covered by the customer. Please inform us if you want to replace the return item with something else, or iff you want a refund of the remaining amount after courier fees have been deducted. Please note that the returned item must be in excellent condition in order to be accepted. We cannot accept returns for this reason for sensitive items such as chocolate, honey, cigars that have been opened.
We inform you that we consider all orders as successfully completed and closed after the period of 14 days from the delivery date.
